Our project manager has 25 years of retail construction experience as a commercial property owner representative — and knows what to do when problems come up mid-build.
We can join as early as lease negotiations: scoping the work, setting preliminary budgets and putting the project out for competitive bid. From there we handle AIA contract administration, confirm permits, insurance and bonding, review payment requests, and track progress against lease deadlines through to warranties and final drawings. Architectural services are available for an additional fee.
