Nations Maintenance has been providing quality commercial property maintenance and landscape services in the Akron-Canton area since 1997.

Local and accountable
Your account is handled here, not from out of state
Many of the companies working in this region are large operations based out of state, run from satellite offices. We are not one of them. We handle all of our customer accounts personally out of our Canton offices, so if there is a problem, we can address it right away.
Being local also keeps our costs affordable. We spend most of our time serving our customers' property maintenance and landscaping needs, while large companies spend a large portion of their budget on advertising and sales staff. We would rather save our customers money and provide them with better-quality work.

Our staff is committed to our customers and to our business. Most have been with us for more than four years, so they know our customers personally and understand their needs.
We also have staff with specialized training in landscape design and masonry. That gives us more than longevity — it gives us the experience to provide top-quality service to our customers, and a crew that already knows your property when it arrives.

That is how we have always measured the business. Not by how many properties we can list, but by whether the people who hired us are still with us years later — and whether the work still looks like it should.
It is also why we do all the work ourselves and don't use subcontractors. Keeping the crew in-house is what lets us ensure quality control and provide the best service possible, from the first walkthrough to the last visit of the season.

Nations Maintenance is a veteran-owned business. It shows in how we run the company day to day: we show up when we say we will, we take responsibility for the result, and we don't consider a job finished until it's done properly.
As a thank-you to those who served, we take 10% off our maintenance services for veterans — landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice removal, parking lot sweeping and property maintenance. Mention it when you call or send a request and show your VA card, DD-214 or Veteran ID, and we'll apply it to your estimate. Construction management and architectural services are quoted separately, and the discount does not apply to them.
