Our office is on South Main Street in North Canton, and our crews run routes across the surrounding Stark and Summit County communities — including Akron, Canton, North Canton, Green, Massillon, Uniontown, Hartville and Jackson Township.
Because we're local, a commercial emergency is a short drive rather than an out-of-state dispatch. That's the whole reason we can promise an on-site response within two hours.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We walk the property with you, scope exactly what needs doing, and give you a written estimate. There's no charge for that visit and no obligation to buy anything.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every job — commercial or residential — is completed by our own uniformed technicians. That's how we keep quality control, and it's why we don't hand your property to a stranger's crew.
How fast can you get out to a commercial property?
We're on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. For urgent issues we aim to be on site within two hours, and we don't subcontract that emergency call either.
How is snow removal priced?
Three ways: per plow, hourly, or a full seasonal contract. Which one makes sense depends on the size of your lot, how quickly it needs to be clear, and how much risk you'd rather hand over to us.
What if we're not happy with the work?
Tell us and we'll redo the item in question free of charge. For parking lot sweeping specifically, we correct the issue within 24 hours or we don't bill for that visit.
Do you offer a veteran discount?
Yes — 10% off for veterans on our maintenance services: landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice removal, parking lot sweeping and property maintenance. It applies to one-time projects and ongoing agreements alike. Mention it when you call or send the form and show your VA card, DD-214 or Veteran ID. Construction management and architectural services are quoted separately, and the discount does not apply to them.
